Rental Rates
All spaces are
10 feet by 10 feet

Daily Rate: $12.50 per day per space
with free wi-fi and electricity.

We will provide tables for you. If you have your own, please bring them in.

1 Space = 2 tables
2 or 3 spaces = 5 tables
4+ spaces = 6 tables
No exceptions.
We do have rules as to what you can and cannot sell. A copy will be made available to you when you come in.

Please be advised :
Make sure anything that you want to sell is not listed on any recall list. The federal and local governments are ready and willing to fine you if you sell an item that has been recalled. Chico Flea Market is not responsible for your items that you sell. It is up to you to make sure all of your items are ok to sell.

We have your solution. The Chico Indoor Flea Market is always ready to open a space for you to sell. We have heat in the winter, coolers for the summer and indoor bathrooms too! Family friendly environment and a selection of items that will rival most second hand stores. Our rates are shown to the right.

 RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE CHICO INDOOR FLEA MARKET!

PETS:
We here at the Chico Indoor Flea Market enjoy having our pets with us. Management has the right to ask any vendor/guest to remove their pet if it shows any type of aggression toward any other pet or person. Please keep your pet safe and under control at all times.

No live animals to be sold
No drug paraphernalia to be sold
No Adult movies and or books (x-rated) to be sold
No alcohol will be sold

RENT:
$12.50 per day that we are open per booth
MUST be paid first thing no later then noon of the day of space rental.
a $5.00 late fee will be charged if payment is received after noon. 
No Rent = No Space
NO EXCEPTIONS!

Bad/bounced checks will be charged $35.00 per check.
Cash only will be accepted after a bad/bounced check

We are only open on the weekends however you are allowed to leave your items through the week for free unless we have a move out weekend (at your own risk we are not responsible for your stuff!).

Rent is due regardless if you decide to come in or not.
If you are gone two consecutive weekends “WITHOUT” contacting management
Your space will be packed and stored for 30 days after which your stored
items will be sold for back owed rent and or thrown out. 
You will owe for the two weekends plus storage costs so please keep in touch
 With Management.

Management will not operate booths for vendors, in your absence you must find
Someone to run your booth for you.

Moving Out
The Fairgrounds uses/rents the Education Building we are located in for other uses.
Any time the Fairgrounds dose we are required to move everything out.
On our move out days EVERYTHING must be removed by closing. 
 Any items left in the space you rented by closing time of any move out
WILL BE DISCARDED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $40 CLEANING AND DISPOSAL FEE!!
We will not pack or store your items as above for any Fairgrounds required move outs.              
     All trash must be taken out and your area swept clean.
